Mix a teaspoon of warm melted coconut oil with 2 – 4 drops of essential oil. Mix them thoroughly. apply a small amount to a cotton ball and wipe the affected area . Let it dry naturally. Repeat the application 2-3 times per day.

Of course make sure that whatever you use is safe and that you’re not allergic to it. So before you apply TTO onto skin, it is important to do a patch test to ensure that your skin does not react to the preparation. If you do notice any signs of redness or itching, then discontinue treatment immediately.

2) Sitz Bath

In case you didn’t know, a sitz bath is where you submerge your nether regions in water. Also called a hip bath, you basically sit in a few inches of tepid water with your legs bend upwards at the knees and slightly open. Add just a few drops of the tea tree oil—don’t overdo it—and sit in the bath for about 15 to 20 minutes. This will help with the itching and pain.
